We are a team of Advanced Practice Providers with extensive experience caring for critically ill patients across multiple hospitals in Southern California. In addition to critical care procedures, we specialize in Peripherally Inserted Central Catheter (PICC) and Midline catheter placement. Working in diverse hospital settings has given us insight into systemic challenges—and the transformative impact of implementing effective solutions. Founded by four Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), our aim is to expand care beyond the individual, aiming for hospital-wide, regional, and ultimately nationwide improvement.

We aim to exceed and outperform hospital benchmarks by identifying its inefficiencies, adapting to its needs, and providing appropriate resolution.
